Returns & Refunds
Please contact us before sending anything back. A return address and eligibility confirmation must be issued for every return.
Return eligibility
Unused, unaltered standard products in their original packaging may be eligible for return. Cut, used, personalized, custom-made or final-sale products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or materially different from the listing.
Start a request
Use the contact form with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the request. For damage or an incorrect item, include clear photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable unless we confirm that the item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.
Do not return without authorization
Unapproved parcels may be refused or may not be traceable to your order. Keep shipment tracking until the return is completed.
